The Greater Seattle chapter of the American Sewing Guild

The American Sewing Guild is a non-profit organization. We are the Greater Seattle chapter, which covers the northern Puget Sound Area. To the south is the Olympia chapter, to the west is the Silverdale chapter.

We welcome anyone who is interested in learning about or sharing their love of sewing.

Recent Events

Do you have sewing friends? We do -- about 260 of them! On November 5, about 50 of our members gathered for an annual meeting, auction, and Sew Challenge. President Kate Stenberg informs us that our membership grew 8% last year.

Lyla Messinger showed us new tools and techniques at our Fall Education Event in September 2011. Lyla owns L.J. Designs.
